RPC and PROMENS become one

RPC Group and Promens merge together

RPC GROUP acquired PROMENS GROUP at the end of March 2015.  The two combined companies have 95 production units and over 11,200 employees. The merger expands the geographic reach of both, with complimentary technologies and market knowledge.

Pim Vervaat, Chief Executive of RPC, said during the occasion; “We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of PROMENS and look forward to welcoming our new colleagues into the RPC Group."

The tubs division of PROMENS will now go back to our Icelandic roots and revert to the old respected name of SÆPLAST. SÆPLAST will represent the tubs division within a new and stronger RPC Group.
